I was just over at Muslimspace.com and I cannot believe that there are so many Muslims who intend on voting in the upcoming elections here in America. There is even a website called Muslims for Obama! What is wrong with the Muslims? 4 years ago there were two sites where Muslims were supporting the kuffar for President. One was Muslims for Bush, and the other was Muslims for Kerry. I went on both sites and asked the Muslims what it was that they thought each candidate was going to do for the Muslims. I did not receive any responses. Well, Bush got in, and we see what he did. He invaded two Muslims countires, and as bad as people thought things were, they have now become even worse.
What I don’t understand, is how you can be Muslim and not know that it is haram to legislate by other than what Allah has revealed. And that is exactly what these people do. How can you vote for those who do not believe in Allah or His Messenger (salallahu alayhe wa Sallam), and who make halal for the people what Allah has made haram? How can you go to the polls and select someone who believes that it is alright to gamble, to drink intoxicants, to deal with riba (interest), to be a homosexual, have pre-marital sex, date freely, and have illegitimate children? And this is just a very short list. I mean, think about what you see on TV. Think about what you see in the movies. Think about what you hear on the radio. Think about what you see out in public! Now tell me - are either or any of the candidates going to stand before the country and tell the people that these things are haram? Are they going to call the people to that which is good and halal? Are the going to call the people to Islam? We already know that the answer is no, so how can you support someone like that?
Before anyone goes on a rant about how we need to get involved, consider this: The best way for us to get involved is to spread Islam to the point where the majority of people in this country are Muslim and we can institute the Shariah and the Sunnah. So before you go out on election day, I advise you first to read the Book of Allah, consider what I have written here, and also, click on the link below and read what the People of Knowledge have to say on the matter.
